Small Package Carrier Damage Claim

Each damaged package will need to be entered as a SEPARATE claim.

Before you get started, there are some pieces of information you need to gather:

     From your Packing List - your Customer Number and your Order Number

     From your damaged package, the FedEx® or UPS® Tracking Number

     The product name or SKU of the damaged product and

           The number of LIDS that are damaged

           The number of CANS that are damaged
