Truck Damage Claim

Before you get started, there are some pieces of information you need to gather:

     From your Packing List - your Customer Number and your Order Number

     From your shipment Delivery Receipt - the Carrier Name and the PRO Number (the PRO number is like a tracking number used by carriers)

     The product name(s) or SKU(s) of the damaged product(s) and

           The number of LIDS that are damaged

           The number of CANS that are damaged

Shipments that are signed clear without exceptions/damage marked are likely to be denied.

Note:  We can only complete the claim process for LTL and Truck shipments that were arranged and prepaid by us and added to your invoice. If you arranged your own transportation, you would need to file the claim on your own behalf.
